DSHEBA provides in-home healthcare services delivered by certified MBBS doctors. Services include general consultations, elderly care, post-operative care, and other non-emergency medical visits.
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
Provide accurate personal and medical information.
Agree to receive healthcare at your home or a location you legally occupy.
Appointments can be made via Android App, IOS App or our website.
DSHEBA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to availability or emergencies.
Late cancellations (less than 1 hour before scheduled time) may incur a fee.
All payments must be made as per the rates communicated at the time of booking.
We accept [cash/bank transfer/mobile money – specify as applicable].
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect already booked appointments.
DSHEBA provides non-emergency medical services.
In case of life-threatening or critical medical situations, call your local emergency services immediately.
Our doctors provide advice based on the information provided by the patient. Misrepresentation of symptoms or health history may affect the quality of care and is not the responsibility of DSHEBA.
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate information.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for the doctor’s visit.
Not misuse the service in any way, including harassment or abusive behavior.
We are committed to protecting your personal and medical information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
DSHEBA and its medical professionals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We are not responsible for any delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. traffic, illness, technical failure).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any user who violates these terms, behaves inappropriately with staff, or misuses the service in any way.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
